FOOD
Vegetarian Food like Coffee, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be provided while on Tour. Food Plates and tumblers must be taken by the customers.However for Mt.Kailash & Mukthinath tours, food plates and tumblers will be given by us. Food will not be given, if the total number of pax is less than 20 Pax. In that case Rs. 200/- per head, per day will be refunded exclusive of train journey days. Evening tea will be provided while staying at Hotels only. Potable water will be provided to the customer while staying at hotels, while providing food. While on journey customers have to take the water bottles, food plates and tumblers along with them.

ACCOMMODATION
We will provide accommodation in one double bed room in decent hotels. According to your bookings the rooms will be twin / triple sharing. In Triple sharing one extra bed will be provided in a double room. According to the checkout time only hotel accommodation will be given. If a customer needs single room he has to pay the difference amount.

BUS SEATING
Bus seating will be given by “First come first serve Basis” to avoid unnecessary problems. Conveyance charges from the bus alighting point to monuments / Hotels and other places where the tourist bus cannot go due to the traffic regulation , are to be borne by the tourists. There will be no push-back system at last row ( Seat Nos.31 to 35). The last row in the buses will not be push back seats and no refunds will be made for those seats. Sree Travels, is having all the rights to change the vehicle according to the strength of the group like Mini Bus/ Tempo Traveller / Maxi Cabs / Qualis vehicles. This decision is completely at the discretion of Sree Travels.

PICKUP AND DROP FOR CUSTOMERS REACHING SEPARATE TRAINS OR FLIGHT
If any customers are reaching the destination place by different, trains apart from our tour programmes, earlier or later or by flight must have to reach the Hotel on their own expenses, If they are reaching, one day earlier, they have to bear hotel accommodation expenses. If the customers want us to arrange the pickup and drop facilities, they have to pay separately.

TRAIN TICKETS
We will assist to book the train tickets, on your behalf through Authorised Agents, according to your enrolling date only, and if there is any delay on confirmation on the part of the customer, we are not responsible for the confirmations of the berths / lower Berths. Hence, kindly confirm your seats before 90 days in advance to avoid inconvenience. If the customers are willing to book the tickets on their own they can book themselves and the photocopies of the reserved tickets should be handed over to us.
Any customer need AC class tickets in train, the difference amount to be paid by party. If the tickets are not confirmed; the customers have to take care of their reservations.

FLIGHT TICKETS
Sree Travels will book the flight tickets for the customers. But we are not responsible for the flight delays / cancellations / delay in connecting flights etc.,During Mukthinath trips, if there is any delay because of climatic conditions, Flight Schedule, the customer has to take care of their return journey tickets & additional day accommodation.
LTC / LFC FACILITY FOR BANK STAFFS PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKINGS AND CENTRAL GOVT EMPLOYEES
Staffs of the Nationalised banks and public sector undertaking can avail LTC in tour (THEY HAVE TO RECEIVE THE PERMIT COPY, DRIVER LICENCE & RTO COPIES FROM THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE, WHILE ON TOUR ONLY). They can able to avail their LTC by submitting the undermentioned documents. After the end of the tour you can get stamped receipt & bill from Sree Travels.

“For the customer of Postal Central Govt Employees for LTC only Train Tickets will be provided.
After 2 weeks at the end of the tour, LTC document will be handed over.

TOUR PROGRAMME
Even though the tour schedule will be given earlier, there may be changes or alterations with the timings, changing of hotels etc., But these decisions will be taken according to the circumstances only.

LUGGAGES AND PORTERAGE:
It is the responsibility of the customers to take care of their luggages.

TOUR OPERATIONS
We will operate all the tours subject to minimum of 20 Adult Guests. Incase number of guest are below the minimum number, in that case meals, group activities and tour escorts and other group tour services will not be provided.

TOUR FARE
All our tour fares are based on current costs & rates only. If there is any increase in the diesel / petrol prices, any other increases like Taxes / VAT/ FLIGHT TICKETS after 01.01.2011 will lead to a hike in tour fares and has to borne by the passengers.

ADVANCE
Customers are requested to pay the advance amount before 90 Days in advance. All the payment should be paid either by Cheque or Draft. For the outstation members, the payments should be made by Demand Drafts only, in the name of M/s. Sree Travels, Chennai. Balance amount to be paid 20 days before the departure. Without full payment customers are not entitled to take part in the tour.

CHILDREN TOUR FARE
For Children, 75% of the Tour Fare will be collected between 5-11 yrs. Children upto 4 yrs no amount will be collected. For children below 5 yrs, seats will not be provided. No extra beds will be provided to children and they have to share the parent’s room.For Children less than 11 years, their parents should
show the age proof of the children.,

ENTRANCE / PONY / BOATING
Entrance charges at sight seeing spots, transportation by Pony / dolly and boating charges to be borne by customers. Transport charges by pony or Dolly and other incidentals from Hanumanchatti to Yamunotri, Gaurikund to Kedarnath, Katra - Vaishno devi, Baltal - Amarnath, Varanasi hotel to Temple, are not included in the Tour fare. Additional expenditure per head in the tour towards pony, Dolly, Local transport within the city, where our coaches are not allowed to ply.

INSURANCE
Customers have to take care of their Travelling insurance with their own cost. Sree Travels is not responsible in any way for any claims while on tour.

REFUNDS
If the tour will be cancelled by us due to poor response, full refund will be made with proper notice. Any unforeseen events like road blocks, Train Cancellations, any breakdown or accidents, Government policies, Natural calamities, refunds or portion of the amount will not be given. If any customer breaks the tour and returns in the middle of the journey no refunds / part refunds will be given at whatsoever reasons. Sree Travels has full right to change / modify the tour programme incase of any necessity, without prior notice. No refund will be made if any person does not take food / accommodation during the tour (where the fare is inclusive of food / dormitory / sharing accommodation. No refund will be given in case of AC failure in the vehicle during the journey.

CANCELLATION CHARGES:
In any circumstances, if any customers cannot able to attend for the tour, the cancellation charge will be as follows:

• 30 Days before the tour date, 10% of the tour fare
• 15 Days before the tour date, 15% of the tour fare
• 10 Days before the tour date, 25% of the tour fare
• 5 Days before the tour date, 50% of the tour fare
• No refunds will be given for cancellations afterwards.

Whenever you have enrolled in any of our tours, it is meant that you have read & accepted all our tour's rules & regulations & instructions.

HOWEVER NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR MT.KAILASH AND
MUKTHINATH DHARSHANS WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE TOUR DEPARTURE
